JOB SUMMARY
This position will work as a team with an assigned sales person(s) to maintain relationships in the current account base and generate new business from both prospects and previous customers.
The SRM and the sales person will each be compensated on all business generated in the given territory. (See Compensation Plan.)

The SRM is primarily accountable for:
• generating new revenue within existing base from sale of all Northland products and services
• all operational aspects of successful closures for both equipment and service sales.

While Sales will take the lead and be primarily responsible for prospecting and new account acquisition, SRMs will fill in as necessary and consider themselves a back-up for sales responsibilities. Sales will also back-up the SRM in maintaining multi-point relationships with the current customer base and locating new business. As a seamless team, they will work together to ensure maximum coverage and sales of bundled products into the account base.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree required, Bachelor preferred or equivalent years of experience
Prior work in Customer Relations/Sales preferred
Prior experience in the Telecom industry required (minimum 3 years)
Excellent oral and written communications skills are required
Attention to detail a must
Demonstrates professional style and interpersonal skills
Valid drivers license is required
