Get to know more about Martha, her interests, and her background.


Martha is responsible for leading and managing Northland’s customer support department where she leverages the resources and unique differentiators to support corporate goals and objectives.

Martha began her career at Northland in 1999 and has been serving as the Director of Customer Support since 2014. In her role, she is responsible for the end-to-end experience for Northland customers. Martha implements and drives effective customer support programs and focuses on providing the highest level of customer service both internally and externally.
