“As our country and our region begins to reopen, I wanted to provide an update on what Northland has been working on as well as what our plans are moving forward. These are certainly unprecedented times and we are working hard to make sure your communication infrastructure is there for you when you need it most.Since we closed our offices on March 23, we have:+ Installed over 2,500 free Max UC/remote work licenses on behalf of our customers
+ Increased bandwidth for 115 customers at no charge to help them work remotely
+ Enabled 12,000+ video calls for our customers
+ Conducted weekly webinars, attended by 200+ customers, to help them leverage MaX UC
+ Extended our FCC Keep America Connected Pledge to June 30, voluntarily agreeing to not penalize or disconnect customers for non-payment as a result of COVID-19Moving forward, we will:+ Assist our customers, who are now in the process of reopening, to make changes to their solutions and help them deploy new technologies (in a manner that protects both our customers and employees)+ Follow guidance from New York State to reopen our offices. At this point, although we remain 100% operational, our offices will remain closed until at least June 15We have the great responsibility of keeping your communication networks up-and-running. We also have a responsibility to keep our team members and customers as safe as possible, which will be rooted in everything we do moving forward. Although we are excited to return back to our offices and see you all again, we recognize that we are still not out of the woods.
