Northland Communications is pleased to welcome three new employees to its growing team: Gregory Yates, Michael Darby and Nico Ramos.
Gregory Yates recently joined Northland as Information Technology Helpdesk Technician. In this role, he will provide technical support to our employees, while proactively working to install, modify and make repairs to computer hardware and software systems. He brings more than 10 years of tech support experience to Northland, most notably his role on the Notre Dame Tech Squad where he worked to maintain the school’s technical infrastructure. Yates resides in Utica, NY and will be working primarily from Northland’s office in Holland Patent, NY.
Michael Darby recently joined Northland as Senior Account Executive. He spent the last 25 years providing IT Hardware and Telecommunications services to clients across the United States, most recently for Spectrum Enterprise (Charter), where he focused on the enterprise fiber market. In this new role, Darby will work with new customers to pinpoint Northland’s products and services that will aid in their business success. He will work primarily from Northland’s office in Syracuse, NY.
Nico Ramos recently joined the Northland team in the role of Inside Sales Specialist. Prior to beginning his career at Northland, he attended Siena College where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing. In this position, he will be responsible for lead nurturing and setting appointments for sales producers. Ramos will be working primarily from Northland’s office in Holland Patent, NY.
