New Features! Business Unlimited’s Latest Enhancements

On Thursday, April 30, Northland, with the help of our partners at Metaswitch, released three new features to enhance our Business Unlimited solution, including SMS text messaging, Business Group Call Analytics and Real Time Agent & Supervisor Dashboards. These features are available to all Business Unlimited customers, as well as the 2,000 local remote workers leveraging our free tools.

BG CALL REPORTING

BG Call Reporting allows you to access call reporting data for all users in your Business Group. It can be accessed through the CommPortal Admin online portal. Call activity data can be provided and exported in three different formats: summary graphs, reports and call logs. All Business Unlimited customers, including those with Value, Standard, and Premium user packages, now have access to this system enhancement.

SMS TEXT MESSAGING

SMS, more commonly referred to as text messaging, allows MaX UC users to send texts to customers and team members from their soft-phone client. The recipient will receive the message as a SMS text on their cellphone. When they reply to your message, you will receive it to your business phone number in the form of a MaX UC chat. All Business Unlimited standard and premium users with MaX UC can now utilize this feature. iACD – CALL CENTER

iACD, Integrated Automatic Call Distribution, is essentially a mini call center. The Basic Real Time Agent Dashboard provides a dashboard for managing call queues and allows agents to set their availability status. The Basic Supervisor Dashboard provides an incoming call dashboard as well as additional features to help the supervisor assist agents, including: monitor, “barge in,” whisper, and view features. iACD is accessible through CommPortal and available for all Business Unlimited users to add-on for a low monthly cost.
