Important Service Update: Meet Me Audio Conference Bridge End-of-Life Notice

Northland Communications is dedicated to delivering dependable, innovative services. As usage of audio-conferencing services continues to decline, the Meet Met Audio Conference Bridge will be retired and will no longer be available for purchase or support, effective January 21st, 2026.

The Meet Me Conference Bridge is an audio-only conferencing feature included with every Business Unlimited subscriber license. While this functionality is available to all subscribers, historical usage has been extremely low, and it has not been a widely adopted tool. If you have never utilized this feature, this update will have NO impact on your service.

Meet Me Audio Conference Bridge – Ending January 31, 2026

Effective January 31, 2026, Northland will no longer support the Meet Me Audio Conference Bridge. Here’s what you need to know.

• Action Required: There is no option to migrate this functionality like for like, so you will need to engage with your Customer Experience Manager to determine the best substitution. 
• Webex Meeting: Our recommendation for most customers looking to replace this functionality is to migrate to Webex Meeting. This will allow Webex to serve as your audio only bridge. Your Customer Experience Manager can provide documentation on how to use Webex as an audio only conference bridge. 
• Next Steps: The end-of-life date is 1/31/26 so we recommend you reach out to your dedicated Customer Experience Manager who will be able happy to guide you through all of your options.
