Connecting Our
Local Community.

As a third-generation family-owned business, we believe in supporting the communities we serve. Our contributions have exceeded our seven figures to local non-profit organizations, and many of our leaders and employees are active on boards throughout Update New York.

We directly support the cause we care about as a way for us to express our gratitude for what we’ve achieved over the last century. We love our community and strive to support its citizens the best we can.

Good Neighbor Program

We Launched Our ‘Good Neighbor’ Program in 2020 where we partnered with non-profit organization to provide the technology and support, they needed to help power their organizations. When companies were forced to close and work remotely at the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic, many were not prepared. We provided full remote licenses to our technology at no cost to those who needed our support to run their communications. Between our technology, parts, labor, service, and customer support, we gave over $800,000 alone during the pandemic.

Looking to partner with us or become a Good Neighbor?

Join us on Wednesday, June 28th 2023 at NBT Bank Stadium in Syracuse for Good Neighbor Day! Get all of the details and purchase tickets here: www.northland.net/goodneighborday/
