Important Service Update: Meet Me Audio Conference Bridge End-of-Life Notice

Northland Communications is committed to providing reliable and forward-thinking services. As the result of decision made by the vendor the Meet Me Audio Conference Bridge will no longer be sold or supported, effective January 31, 2026.

Meet Me Audio Conference Bridge – Ending January 31, 2026

Effective January 31, 2026, Northland will no longer support the Meet Me Audio Conference Bridge. Here’s what you need to know.

• Action Required: There is no option to migrate this functionality like for like, so you will need to engage with your Customer Experience Manager to determine the best substitution. 
• Webex Meeting: Our recommendation for most customers looking to replace this functionality is to migrate to Webex Meeting. This will allow Webex to serve as your audio only bridge. Your Customer Experience Manager can provide documentation on how to use Webex as an audio only conference bridge. 
• Next Steps: The end-of-life date is 1/31/26 so we recommend you reach out to your dedicated Customer Experience Manager who will be able happy to guide you through all of your options.
