Northland Communications UCaaS + MVCC:

• Northland created a custom approach for MVCC’s switch from a premise-based system to a hosted environment for 65 departments across their 2 campuses and 5 locations. 
• Northland installed 826 individual end points while running dual service in order to keep the old PBX working for a more efficient transition to the new platform. 
• Northland worked closely with MVCC throughout the entire project from the planning and programming, to the installations during breaks in college classes. 
• Northland offers extensive training options for our UCaaS solution, and in the case of MVCC, provided remote end-user training classes to train all users. 
• With Northland’s flexible UCaaS solution, MVCC gained features that help their employees communicate effortlessly and increase the efficiency of their operations.
