Background

As CFO, Heather focuses on Northland’s financial growth strategy, corporate compliance, efficiencies, and financing needs. She also leads Northland’s Finance function, which includes Customer Support, Accounting, and IT departments.

Heather joined Northland in 1999 as an accountant and has been serving in her role as CFO since 2019 where she is responsible for protecting assets, providing updates on financial conditions, and ensuring all federal, state, and local legal requirements are met.
