Jim specializes in strategic planning and development and is responsible for leading Northland’s overall business activities.

Jim began his career at Northland in 1993, working for his father until taking over the role as President in 2009. Through his work at Northland, he has gained experience in fiber optic deployments, strategic planning, family business planning, Avaya products and services, Hosted PBX, EOS, employee development, and engagement as well as lean six sigma.
