Phone system support you can expect, not dream of

Northland believes even the best product or offering is worthless if support is non-existent. Luckily for our customers, we offer both. Northland provides two phone system support and service options for clients with the Avaya IP Office systems. They include a Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) and a Time & Material Service (T&M).

  • SMA: Provides a fixed per-port rate for service and parts coverage. This is an annual bill and covers all hardware, software and labor costs. Customers experience discounted pricing for any services outside the standard realm of duty. Northland’s local presence provides the benefit of fast response times. Emergencies will be solved in two (2) hours or less while standard issues are addressed within eight (8) hours or less – guaranteed.
  • T&M: Customers are charged by the hour for services they specifically request. Other costs include technician travel, equipment, and material fees. Customers are billed monthly. Unlike the SMA, there is no guaranteed service response time for T&M subscribers.

Our dispatch staff is on call 24/7, and our skilled technicians are cross-trained with the Avaya products we offer. Along with that, each customer and account are assigned a Customer Relations Manager, who specializes in Avaya’s IP Office. The manager will be your primary contact.
