Background

Theresa oversees the strategy and direction of Northland’s People + Talent department, leading various programs such as training and development, recruitment, employee benefits, and policy development.

Theresa has been a member of the team since 2006 and has been serving in her role as vice president since 2019. She is responsible for supporting and developing Northland’s people throughout the employee lifecycle and through helping the company reach its goals. Theresa is also focused on overseeing employee engagement initiatives, workforce planning projects, and performance management processes.
