Northland Communications Adds New Members to Team Amid Growing Demand in Company’s Technology and Service

Northland Communications, a Central New York-based telecommunications provider, has welcomed new employees to its growing team, as well as transitioned some existing roles due to an increase in customer demand and capabilities.

Brianne Swanson has begun as a technical support specialist. She takes service requests from customers and is responsible for all remote troubleshooting and programming for work order completion.

Tara Menard has joined the Network Operations Center team as a NOC technician. She will work with customers to remotely troubleshoot service issues and resolve any concerns.

Anthony Salvati is new to the team of provisioning specialists, working with the customer service, relations, and sales departments at Northland to process orders and interfacing with technicians, customers, and vendors regarding due dates and cutover procedures.

John Michael Sellers has joined Northland as a customer training and support specialist. He trains end users on all communication systems and features including phones, voicemail, and other applications.

Paolo D’Ambrogio has begun as a service technician. He will maintain, install, troubleshoot, and program all Northland equipment, applications, and services.

Jim Firenze has joined the executive team as vice president of sales and customer relations. He will lead the sales and customer relations teams with a focus on enhancing the customer experience to create quality connections.

The second quarter also brought on some internal transfers.

Ryan Liebi is now a lineman. He will work on the construction of aerial and buried telecommunication network infrastructure.

John Starczewski has moved into a product engineer role where he is responsible for service support of our Avaya, Nortel, and Meta communication solutions, as well as giving our sales department support with network understanding.

Rocco Leone is now a BU installation technician. He will lead the planning of and physical installations of our equipment and services including our all-in-one cloud communications solution, business unlimited.
