Northland Communications Announces New Leadership Structure, Promotions, Employees

Northland Communications is excited to announce its new leadership structure, several new promotions and a new employee.

Several employees were recently named members of Northland’s new executive team, including Brian Healey, Chief Operating Officer, Tricia Sticca, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Heather Kirkland, Chief Financial Officer and Theresa Jalowiec, Vice President of People & Talent. Northland’s executive team will be led by the company’s longtime President, Jim McCarthy.

New Members of Northland’s leadership team include Jordan Short, Marketing Manager, Randy Pierce, IT Manager, and Keith Halwig, Director of Northland Software. Previous members remaining on the team include Matt Dwyer, Director of Network Engineering, Lance Cummings, Director of Outside Plant, Maureen McCarthy, Director of Community Development, Dean Tyczynski, Director of Network Services, Steve Wells, Director of Field Operations and Martha Dollekamp, Director of Customer Support.

Northland also recently welcomed a new Service Technician, Jim Howard, Lauren Mattia, former Sales Mentor, was promoted to Sales Supervisor and Stacey Maier, former Training & Development Design Specialist, accepted a newly-created position here at Northland, Customer Communications Specialist.

As Service Technician, Jim Howard is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and programming all Northland equipment, applications and services.

As Sales Supervisor, Lauren Mattia is responsible for managing and motivating the production team in the Sales Department and leveraging the resources and unique differentiators Northland provides its customers to support our corporate goals and objectives. She began her career at Northland in the Sales Department in 2000.

As Customer Communications Specialist, Stacey Maier develops and creates positive customer experiences through measurable communication and end-user processes. She began her career at Gaffney Communications in the Training Department in 2001, the same year that Northland purchased Gaffney. 

Northland is currently looking for a Network Services Technician, Service Technician, Installation Technician, and Training + Recruitment Specialist to join its growing team.
