Northland Communications Welcomes Five New Employees, Announces Three Internal Position Transfers

Northland Communications is pleased to announce five new employees and three internal position transfers.

Douglas Warwick brings 18 years of experience in the cabling industry to his new role as Service Technician at Northland. In this new position, Doug will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and programming Northland equipment, applications and services. A native of Syracuse, he currently resides with his family in Rome, NY.

Robert Piekielniak recently joined our team as an Installation Technician. He brings eight years of telecommunications experience to this new role. Prior to working in telecommunications, he spent seven years working in aerospace manufacturing. As an Installation Technician, Robert will be responsible for leading phone system installations, which includes the programming, troubleshooting and physical installation of all equipment and services.

Patrick Litz brings his computer science background and strong customer service skills to his new role as Network Services Technician. In this role, he will work primarily with customers and team members to resolve service issues and complications. In his free time, Patrick enjoys reading and gaming.

William Barnes recently joined our team as Network Services Technician. In this role, he will work with customers and internal team members to resolve any customer issues or concerns. Bill currently resides in Blossvale, NY with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as boating, fishing and four wheeling.

Lance Bennett recently joined the Northland team part-time to assist with maintenance. He previously worked with Human Technologies and Munson Williams Proctor Institute in a facilities director role.

Marc Wojciechowski, former Materials Assistant at Northland, recently started as a CLEC Technician. In this new role, Marc will specialize in the management and installation of all CLEC-related equipment.

Steven Curcio, former CLEC Technician, recently moved into the Materials Assistant role at Northland. In this new position, Steve will keep inventory to ensure all necessary equipment is stocked, assist with equipment orders and manage incoming and outgoing shipments.

Kara Bryant, former Network Services Technician, recently assumed the role of Provisioning Specialist. In this new position, Kara will be responsible for provisioning customer orders and interfacing with various departments, customers, and vendors.
