Northland Communications Promotes Lead of Customer Experience, Continues to Grow as Several New Employees Join the Team

Amado promoted to lead customer experience management team. 

[Syracuse, NY, May 18] Northland Communications, a Central New York-based telecommunications provider, has announced the promotion of Dan Amado to lead customer experience manager, and has welcomed several new employees to the company’s growing team.

“We’ve refocused our entire customer experience team to enhance and build stronger relationships between our customers and community,” said Jim Firenze, vice president of customer experience, Northland Communications. “In doing so, we have promoted Dan Amado to lead our customer experience manager team to ensure ongoing collaboration with our customers and partners as well as overall customer satisfaction.”

Amado has over two decades of experience at Northland and in his new role he will work to strengthen the connection between Northland and its customers.

Also joining the customer experience team are account executive Randy Greening and sales development representative Annette Decker.

Michael Schmitt has been named Northland’s channel account manager. He will work with agent partners to sell Northland’s products to partner customers while extending reach and extending Northland’s footprint.

Ed Squire has joined the Northland team as the construction coordinator. He will work to orchestrate all Northland construction between the fiber and line crews.

Timothy Gates joins the field operations department as a service technician. In his role he will work to maintain, install, troubleshoot, and program all Northland equipment, applications, and services.

Stephanie Friedrich and Marcus Ellis have joined the Network Operations center team as NOC technicians. They work with customers to remotely troubleshoot services issues and resolve any concerns by handling inbound calls and service tickets to track customer needs in a timely manner.

The product line management department has added another product training specialist, Eric Pearson, to the team. Pearson will work to provide customers with ample training resources and options.
